Service technician did not call or show up. Internet modem did the exact same as (at least two other locations) according to the service technician. Per the service technician request we purchased a circuit tester to verify if it was the wiring at our house. The circuit test showed the wiring was fine. The technician made references to Hughnet and Starlink services being better choices than Viasat.

Who thought that using ai-generated clips and images for historical documentaries was a good idea? Just uncanny, unprofessional and cheap. Way to let viewers know that the Viasat History channel doesn't take itself seriously and is not worth watching.

Aderito al servizio MOVEIN: dopo aver pagato l'azienda VIASAT, ho atteso 4 mesi che fosse consegnato all'installatore il rilevatore da montare sul veicolo. Dopo averlo fatto installare, l'applicazione dava "attivo: in fase di verifica". Dopo un mese telefono alla regione e successivamente all'azienda il cui servizio clienti mi dice che devo rifare tutta la pratica, pagando nuovamente l'installazione di altro apparecchio perché erano passati 90 giorni dell'adesione e che avrei potuto contestare l'inadempimento solo se l'installatore non avesse montato il rilevatore (secondo loro l'installatore non avrebbe dovuto installarlo perché la pratica era ormai scaduta)! L'installatore ha riferito che lui non vede nulla a sistema ma che quando i rilevatori gli vengono consegnati -molte volte con notevoli ritardi- lui li installa. Per tale ragione sconsiglio di rivolgersi a tale azienda per la fornitura dei rilevatori MOVEIN.

If i could give negative stars I would. My payments are always due on the 3rd so I thought that my billing cycle ended on the 3rd. I went to cancel the service due to scrappy service through them, they told me I had to pay for ANOTHER MONTH (even though the billing cycle ended yesterday) and they could schedule the cancelation for the day before the next billing cycle. They said they cannot prorated anything, nor will they send the box and label to send back the equipment til the cancelation day. I am furious over the horrible customer service I experienced and the fact that they wont cancel my services through them. This is utterly ridiculous and I now understand why they have DAILY returns.
