Courteous agent, genuinely trying to help. Service excellent. Courteous and knowledgeable. This is the best service I have had with Viasat. Years ago, different service name, changed again twice. I no longer feel like a transfer.

Needed a piece of equipment replaced, wanted to charge to send out a tech or sign up for an extra monthly service plan, then there would be no charge for the tech to come. After several days, I have not even been contacted by a tech. Been disappointed for a couple years now. Going to switch services. Don’t use this service, they don’t care about customers.

Our antenna got out of whack in a big storm, I called, you sent the tech, it was fixed in less than an hour. Great customer service, great job!

Brandon, the ViaSat Service Technician, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I suggest you take good care of him. He represented ViaSat extremely well.

Technician was nice but did not resolve problem. Adult grandchildren who are more knowledgeable about this than me have tried and still not resolved.
