HORRIBLE!!!!!! Ordered a set of pet bowls in 2022. Never received them. I was also never contacted or notified that the company was bought by “new owners.” Funny thing is they kept the same website, same social media, same name but the magically have NOTHING to do with the old company. They are also refusing to refund any money or send out product that was paid for. The clearly speak about the “problems” try inherited so they knew about all of us customers waiting for product but refuse to help. I will never buy from a company that treats us customers with such disrespect! Thanks for taking my money and running. Signed a hard working single mom.

We are sorry the previous owners went bankrupt and did not deliver you product nor respond. Giving us 1 star does not take away the wrong that happened to you. But it does hurt a completely new start up. We paid for the website, social media and name. You may disagree with decision to buy those (some times we regret it too) but giving us 1 star hurts our business. Signed a hard working mom

Originally placed order February 2022, had issues just like many of us who placed an order with the original company. I was one the lucky few who did receive bowls & mat. I highly recommend you order a set for your furry friends because our sweet little four legs 🐶 loves her new set!

I ordered a water and food bowl set in March of 2022. At this point in October of 2023, I have never received it, or received confirmation that it was ever shipped. I emailed the company in November of 2022 and received a mail delivery failure despite being the correct address, which makes me believe the company is fake or something else occurred. Do not make my mistake and order this stupidly expensive dog food bowl.

I ordered 3 of the slow feeder dog bowls and they are better than I expected. One dog was using a plastic slow feeder and I’ve used the metal slows before but they were a hassle as I had to unscrew the knobs to after each feeding to clean, but I still wanted the metal. These bowls are more expensive but worth the price. Plus there is a choice of colors, and there are even lids made to fit (sold separately); how convenient is that!?! Now I’m training my puppy to slow his eating and it’s working! My life has been made so much easier. Thanks for a great product. Hope they last over time.

I was a bit reluctant given the past history of this company and these bowls but knowing it's new ownership and they were offering a significant discount I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did...the bowls are sturdy and beautiful and the mat and stand are quite nice too. Our dog is loving them as well.
