Nice design and finally fast delivery. Unfortunately the bowls are too small for my large breed dog. On a positive note perfect to my little dog.

I would give zero stars if possible. I am one of the many who placed over a hundred dollar order never to receive communication or remediation. Up until recently, I had thought the company had closed until last week when I started receiving promotional emails. I went on their website to get in contact with their help team. You cannot submit a communication unless checking off both an agreement to Terms & Service AND promotional emails. Trot Pets may be under “new ownership” but they’re still a scam. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible experience.

I purchased two complete sets from the original owners and was unsuccessful in getting a refund from my credit card company after the bankruptcy. However, I still really wanted the bowls and there was nothing else out there like it. So I took the chance on the new company and the difference was night and day. The bowls arrived within days of my order, I really like the quality and they look SO much nicer than my old bowls. I'm a believer in second chances and I'm glad I made the purchase again to get these bowls. My dogs are worth it. Thank you (new) Trot!

The quality for the price just wasn’t there. The stand is obviously cheap and flimsy, not sturdy at all. The bowls are nice but wish they were bigger. The size chart showed bowl sizes but I didn’t see the option. Overall disappointed. Not worth the money.
