I had previously ordered from this company and it went out of business and I lost my money!! I was super apprehensive to order from Trot Pets again with the new ownership! I went ahead and ordered and nervously waited.. The bowls are super nice! I purchased them for a gift and was really happy with the quality and aesthetic of them!! The shipping was pretty slow!! But happy with the product!’

The bowls are nice, definitely nowhere near the quality of a Yeti bowl but I wanted a stainless steel slow feeder. The inside bottom of the water bowl is bowed up a little and I can push it down, the slow feeder bowl seems fine. The matt seems pretty nice, its very ridgid and fits on top of the stand nicely. The stand is very basic, 3 pieces, the top and the feet. Assembly of the stand was simple but has no directions and came with two different sets of screws for some reason. Only time will tell how it holds up but Im not getting rid of the Yeti bowls until I know. Update: just set everything up and gave the dog her nightly meal, the slow feeder definitely works. It used to take her about 3 1/2 minutes to clean her bowl, it took her about 15 minutes with the slow feeder, thats a huge difference.

We have been waiting for this bowl to come in multiple sizes. We purchased the small for our deep chested, eager to eat dachshunds. I love them! These are quality and worth every penny and I am positive I will not have to buy another for the life of my pets. The ceramic bowls break and the plastic ones are just gross.

We waited for these bowls for years since the company change. So happy to have finally received! They are as great as they seem online! I needed to contact customer service, and they were so helpful and prompt! Definitely recommend!!!

The idea of this product is great. The magnet on the mat keeps the bowls from moving as the dog eats and drinks. It's not hard to figure out how to set up, however I would have liked a sheet with a little instruction. I gave only 4 stars because I would have liked the metal bowl to be a heavier weight. When I wash the bowl it pops because the metal is thin. But it works well enough. I will purchase another one because I like how everything is contained in one space.

These bowls are awesome!y dogs used to skootch their bowls all around the kitchen when they ate, but now these stay put! They are heavy duty and great quality.

Trot pets was very good about shipping the dog bowl out. The quality is ok, not as heavy as a Yeti bowl. But as a slow feeder, it did not slow our retriever down at all. The dividers are not very deep at all. They really need to improve the depth then it would be more useful as advertised as a slow feeder.
