I was in a special situation. We had ordered from the company that declared bankruptcy and never received the product. My son has a service dog, and a third party ordered the set for him. They didn't file a claim, so the money was lost. I reached out to the current company and explained the situation. They offered to send an in-stock set for free but didn't have the large size I needed available. When it became available on the website, I reached out again and asked for a discount code. They replied that in the spirit of the season, I should order the set, and they would refund the full price. They literally refunded the money within minutes. Long story short, I received the set today. The assembly of the stand took no more than two minutes. The set is great. It looks sleek and modern. The red color of the bowls and mat is gorgeous. The magnetic bowls are a plus. The puzzle bowl seems to be of good quality. I couldn't see any seams. The mat is actually mounted to a sturdy board that you put on top of the stand. Five Stars!
