The worst product I’ve ever bought on the internet! Everything they say is a scam! The bowls do not stay in place. Our golden retrievers can push them off with no effort. I bought the stand after the fact and it’s a pos that anyone could go to a hardware store and buy the pieces to put together. The customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your money on this!

Their customer service is kinda meh and all the products got delivered in one box - flying around. The mats haven't even been packed so they arrived rough looking.

I did receive my item but realized I could not use for my dog. November 20 I requested a return. I received the return shipping label nearly three weeks later. I messaged numerous times about the status of my refund and yet to received a response or refund. Customer service none existent.

The bowls came with two sets of screws- use the Phillip Head screws. The other ones did not tighten down enough. And no instructions came with on assembly, but easy enough to figure out. My dog loved the bowl set up right away and drank water. The design looks great and is very functional.

Love the bowls and mats. The charcoal sets look like they were designed to be part of my home. Magnets are a surprisingly nice touch that keep the bowls from moving off or around the mats. One suggestion: make another water bowl that’s deeper, like the Yeti dog bowl. Still 5 stars.

Beautiful set and well made. Slows the dog eating down more than the big plastic slow feeders. Cleans SO easily!! Love them!

These slow feeder bowls were exactly what I was looking for! It was so weird how there isn’t anything like them on Amazon. I just wanted some heavy duty slow feeder bowls that had some weight to them so my dog didn’t push it around, AND they had an option to buy lids which is really just a cherry on top to these bowls being perfect.

To start, I purchased this right before they promoted 30% off. I received my Trot system a few days ago. Unfortunately, it's lacking, especially for the price. The mat that the water and food bowl attach to, has huge bubbles that can't be smoothed out. It looks tacky and isn't advertised as something to expect with your order so I assume something should be done. (I have pictures but apparently, you can't attach them to your review) In addition to this issue, the magnets are basically useless. The bowls barely stay in place. I reached out to them and they haven't responded.
