Excellent product! We have switched all bowls and stands over to Trot. So easy to keep clean. We only wish there was a single bowl elevation stands for our multiple single water bowls for our big kiddos, to keep everything looking sharp. Love it!

Awful company. Took 3 weeks to receive my order, no instructions were sent and the screws went right through the wood sticking up which is a hazard to my dogs. If I don’t hear back from customer service I’ll just file a complaint with my credit card company (which I advise everyone with a negative review on here to do). I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

Easy to order, arrived very quickly. Love the bowl. It really does slow. my dog’s eating. Also an easy bowl to wash and keep clean. Love it,, Wish I’d had it sooner. I think the dog likes it too!

The lids I ordered showed two lids in the image on the product page and nothing in the description said it was anything otherwise. When I received my order I only got one lid. When I contacted customer service they said it’s only one lid. I explained the product page image and description and never got a reply. HORRIBLE service! No more Trot products for me and anyone else I tell about this experience.

The bowl set is very nice. I like the magnets so the bowls aren't moving around, the mat looks to be very easy to clean, and adjustability will be nice as my pup gets older. My only complaint is Trot is not very responsive to emails and no phone (that I saw). The site stated it would ship 5-7 days after order and they only sell the items if they are in stock but I waited 2 weeks for the item to show up (only took 2 days to get to me). Was just getting worried from previous reviews of people not getting their stuff but we did and its nice stuff!

Horrible experience. I never received a refund after diligently following the returns process. I received a communication saying I would receive it and then no response whatsoever afterwards. Disappointing and unacceptable.
