Super easy, good product and support
Super easy, packages came out perfect. The one time we had a concern, we were able to talk to a real person who works for the company (not an outside customer service firm) who was able to make sure everything was right. This is important to us, as the others are all automated and don't really have any way to talk to real people.

some great selection of bags but they…
some great selection of bags but they all look like made of the same material, Non of the product samples have what I was looking for- a coffee bag with aluminum barrier
