some great selection of bags but they all look like made of the same material, Non of the product samples have what I was looking for- a coffee bag with aluminum barrier

I was in contact with someone there but then I needed more help from them to get the custom package designed and quoted but the company never got back to me. They eventually did reach out and are helping me solve my custom packaging problem. They were very personable and communicative when they called.

So I have been printing labels and putting them on my brands packaging for the past year, thankfully I am growing to where my needs changed and I started looking for a company that can fill the need. I was super nervous, as I am far from skilled with tech and design software. Their customer service team was patient and kind and tried to help me get the reassurance I needed. Of the designers I spoke with, Darin was incredibly helpful. I believe he went above and beyond to assist me in the ways I needed in order to get my package the way I wished for. One gripe I have is I was not responded to when I asked how I can tip him. I strongly believe in rewarding and recognizing excellent help. Please let me tip him! lol

Great service, reasonable price, and very efficient. Product was well done. Only about less than 3% of the pouches were defective the first order. I do wish they would have done something to follow up with my about the defective bags to show an attempt to improve or warranty their work. That would have set them over the top. I've emailed their customer support as well as direct salesman contact but no response. Overall I will continue using their service for now.

I ordered bag sample over a week ago and called to see where they were in the delivery process. A VERY HELPFUL employee looked into it for me and gave me the option to stop by and pick-up samples so I can have them for a meeting. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Really kind, easy to work with!! We won't be able to order through them due to pricing.
