Have not received samples. It is past the expected delivery date. Tracking info just shows "pending".

My packaging arrived 4 days after the date it was promised and the print quality was poor having very faded colors.

Bryan, I looked up your order and see that it was supposed to ship on the 8th by ground. We actually shipped on the 9th; however, we upgraded the shipping to express at our expense and sent an additional 25% more pouches at no additional cost to you. I am concerned with your comment about the faded color. Please either reach out by phone, or send us your phone number to discuss. We would like to review the color to see if there is a variation with the artwork vs. the finished product as we will gladly reprint if there is a variance. Do not buy packaging here. Major error on print and no response from customer service. Unacceptable. Each bag had a scuff on the side and I paid almost $1000… Scam scam scam

I was unhappy with their design and I wasn't interested in working with them anymore. They refused to refund my money for no services provided. As a black man I feel I was taken advantage off. Not to surprised to be treated like this by this company. I'm angry, frustrated and sad of how our society gives me no respect. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

Clive, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the design. As we discussed, the creative process is always subjective. The normal process for our $250 design for me program is to provide three unique drafts and get feedback for revisions. With the only feedback being the review, vs. discussing with our designers, we didn't have the opportunity to make this right. As a web based company, I am unsure how race can be a component as we have absolutely no idea the race of our customers. Even if we did, that would NEVER play a role in our decisions. The culture at The Packaging Lab is very diverse and multicultural. We take pride in maintaining very inclusive and inviting environment throughout our entire organization and that is evident to anyone who has the opportunity to meet our team. It is very disappointing that you would choose to defame our company in this way. We received our four figure order and it was missing the resealable portion of the bags. Yes, we received zip lock bags that don’t seal. We wasted time and money and now waiting for a response from you all. This is delaying many things and we were reassured they were all resealable bags.

Dagmawi, I am sorry that you are disappointed with your order. We responded to your request via email as well. I have looked into your orders and a zipper is one of the 5 choices that must be made at the point of ordering. (Size, film, zipper, hang hole, quantity) in your case, you chose "no" for a zipper. in addition, there are three different steps where you must confirm these attributes prior to checkout. We want everyone to be satisfied with their orders and strive to meet every expectation. In the email that I sent, I did include screen shots of each stage of your order where the zipper choice was "no". In spite of that, what can we do to remedy this? I would give 0 stars if I could. We got scammed by this company. Zero customer service skills. Hard to get ahold of once they have your money. All the packages were different colors, lengths, and materials. Website is glitchy and Jeff is incredibly rude And always seems too busy and frazzled. Please please please do not order from this company!

I ordered a sample pack, which was supposedly shipped, though no tracking information was provided. I never ended up receiving it and tried to contact the company about it but have not received a response. Does this company even exist?

I would like to follow up on this. Did you receive? we have now changed the process for sample packs due to the high request rate. Our samples are shipped every day and typically shipped the day of, or the day after ordering.
