I did not receive the medicine for a month, two orders simply disappeared

No matter what you do, they keep adding a 22 doctor fee to refills over and over. they say "it was not a refill, it was a new fill". , shipping is expensive. but the real "sneak" is the 22 doctor fee for meds that ALWAYS require a refill. pay the 22 anyway. pay the high shipping.

If you would like a refill for medications you have refills available for, they must be requested through the "Get Refill" button on the website, email, or phone at 800-878-1660. If you attempt to do a new order, the website does not automatically detect that you have refills available, and will apply the visit fee. I am between doctors and needed my prescriptions refilled. TelyRx was a lifesaver! The ordering process was easy and they let me know in advance that if I want to refill one of my medications with them again in the future, certain lab work will be required.
