Easy to order, successful delivery, quality medication!

Very easy to navigate, very helpful, and fair pricing with refills after initial prescription. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took longer than expected to both ship and arrive, but overall TelyRx is great!

It would make better sense to ask for someones identification at the time when a customer makes an order, receiving an email after the fact is a tad inconvenient and could be considered poor customer service. Other than that, customer service was goated.

I’ve used them several times for my BP meds due to CHF. I don’t know what happened but my last 3 times have been a disaster. 1) I had a refill left and paid for the refill, the next day I got an email that I didn’t have a refill and they canceled. Had to wait 3 days for the charge to drop so I could order again. 2) Placed refill order and they sent me the wrong prescription and the delivery tracking was a mess. Got the RX and I can’t take it because it makes my heart race. 3) Placed a new order for my regular bc arguing doesn’t fix my problem. Payed $13 for 3-5 day shipping and it says it’ll take 10 days
