Heidi was awesome. I was going through a lost item and took about 2 months for me to call. She looked into everything and less than 10 minutes informed me of the return and solution. She said 24-48 hours I was shocked when I got the call. Thank you Heidi I really appreciate all your help amd I love Sur LA Table

Horrible customer service and horrible, defective products. Their Green Pans are expensive and when you attempt to return them, they will send you a return label and once the item gets back to their location (verified by UPS Tracking), they tell you that it is outside of their 30 day return so they will not refund your money. I guess they just keep the defective items and you are out of luck. NOT! Customers beware—you have been warned!

My friend and I had tickets for one of the in-store cooking classes that Sur La Table offers, but she has been really sick, and recently lost her voice. Their cancellation policy is that if you try to cancel or change your program within 48 hours of the lesson, you cannot receive a refund or change. I called at the 47th hour to request that we change our cooking class to a different date so that my friend and I could go together. Chris, the customer service representative was really kind, patient and understanding about our situation. Not only did he facilitate the cancellation of our original reservation, but he assisted me in reserving a new one for a different class in the future. He was great, and my friend and I are really looking forward to this croissant making class!

I ordered a set of pots for a Christmas gift on Black Friday. The set came missing the largest pot. I have been dealing with customer service since the beginning of December with promises of a refund. I have emails stating I would receive a refund within a few days yet nothing has been done. Customer service has constantly been giving me assurances that I would be refunded so they are worthless. Sur La Table is a horrible company! My family of chefs and I have spent a lot of money there but never again!! I feel they are a fraudulent company not following through and holding on to customers' money. **In response to the reply from Sur La Table as per Trust Pilot there have NOT been any requests from your company or them for additional information. I do have documentation showing you refunded what you owed and then again that you were working on it. Buyer beware!!!!
