Terrible customer service! I received a duplicate gift for Christmas. It arrived late (Dec 28th). Unfortunately, the nearest store to us is 30 min away so we finally found time to drive there and return it… but once we got to the store, they said it was after the 30 day refund policy (by only 4 days!) and wouldn’t even allow for store credit and showed no empathy. I have never shopped at sur la table before and was hoping to use this store credit to purchase several things and spend more money- after this experience, I can promise I’ll never spend money with them moving forward. Not a good way to build customer loyalty.

Jose was very knowledgeable as well as kind and understanding. He documented my problem and assured me I could call back if it wasn’t resolved. I just hope that if/when I call, I’ll be able to speak with someone as nice and personable as Jose!

Purchased a cooking class for my daughter for Christmas and messed up the schedule. Chris was able to help get it taken care of on a single call and I didnt have to wait or get routed around to other departments. Chris was very courteous and responsive.

My 6 bistro bowls arrived today, unfortunately 1 bowl was damaged. I called CS & Itzel took care of the issue smoothly & quickly! I was ready to send pictures I took of damaged bowl, but was told it’s not necessary. Itzel generated a replacement order for the one bowl & I should receive it in the next 5 business days. Then she made sure I received an email detailing our conversation & next steps. Itzel handled all quickly & professionally.
