It was so easy to order from suitcase.com. And, it was the lowest price I could find online for the piece if luggage I was looking for. The ordering was easy and I couldn't believe how quickly I received the merchandise. I encourage you to check suitcase.com if you're in the market for luggage. Oh, I forgot to tell you, shipping was free.

When I ordered these suitcases, it was because I needed them, sooner rather than later. I do accept some of the responsibility, since I waited to order them until about 10 days prior to the need. However, it took 7 days from my order being placed to them having been shipped. They were allegedly in stock. Only 3 days from date of shipping to delivery.

I am already excited about my upcoming vacation and the luggage arrived when promised. It was packaged to arrive in perfect condition and there were no hidden charges. When I need additional pieces of luggage, I can shop with confidence if they carry the pieces I need (I had to order one piece elsewhere at a higher price because they didn't have it in the color I needed).

Order a product on Friday, April 18th. Never received any communication as to when the product was going to be shipped and expected arrival date. I had to call and was informed that it was being shipped from Florida, so I should receive it the next day. Two days later I was told via email that it was on back order and that it should ship this week. Not sure why this was not communicated to me when it was first ordered or in my follow up call to them.

Ordered 3 pieces of luggage 4/11/14 in the evening. After speaking to customer service rep early the next week he assured me pieces would be there by 4/18 or 4/19 in time for our vacation. Well after tracking this thru FED-EX the pickup notice did not get to FED-EX until 4/16 and FED-EX did not pick up till 4/17. Needless to say we did not get our new luggage in time for our vacation. It took 3 business days to get the order started in our direction. In this day and age of speed in e-commerce these people need to review their procedures or they will be left in the dust. Poor, poor customer service making promises you cannot keep. Tell the consumer what he wants to hear just to placate him is not the way. On top of that FED-EX ignored the notice on my door refusing shipment while I was gone and left the pieces anyway!! That's not real professional either. Now I am going to have to fight my way thru returning goods.

Dear Richard, We see you wanted to cancel the order and did in fact try to cancel, however it was too late in the process. We in fact should have been able to cancel and would be happy to pay for the return if you do not want the pieces. It looks like there was a hold put on the shipment when you first wanted to cancel and then caused a delay in getting out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would be happy to offer you an additional savings if you choose to keep them. Please feel free to contact us toll free at 888-627-3887 with any questions or concerns in the meantime and we will be happy to assist you. The suitcase I thought I was getting was a "spinner". Even the tag hanging on the suitcase you sent shows four wheels, but it only has two. I DO NOT WANT THIS SUITCASE!
Response from Suitcase.com· Apr 28, 2014
Dear Nancy, Sorry if you feel you received the wrong suitcase, however we sent the exact suitcase you had ordered, the Travelpro MaxLite 3 25" Expandable Rollaboard. The 4 wheel version is called Travelpro MaxLite 3 25" Expandable Spinner which is also on our site. The hang tag is the same hang tag that comes with all of their rolling piece simply just showing an ad picture for the collection. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns in the meantime and we will be happy to assist you. Sincerely, Customer Support Bretts Luggage www.suitcase.com 888-627-3887
