One problem. I ordered a green suitcase and you did not have one and you canceled the order. I then ordered a black one. When it arrived there were two black suit cases inside. So let me know what you want me to do.

The item was not available. I received a refund immediately but it would have been nice if they did not have it available for purchase if they did not have any in stock. It wasted a lot of my time having to find another one elsewhere for my son for school and he had to go without the first week of school.

Price was the driver. Delivery was as scheduled. Packaging was second rate - a box from an unrelated manufacturer.

My intention was to order a Cross Century II Pen; in stead I received a Cross Century II Pencil. I was ordering it on my phone so probably did not even know a pencil was what was an option for my order. I got it engraved for a gift so it really was not a good experience. In the end, it was more than likely my fault. I would imaging pencils are not that popular for that price...they usually come in a set, with a pen. I just assumed a pen was the option I ordered. When I tried to go online for two days afterward, the site was completely down. SO I just sent the gift as a pencil, felt like a real idiot.

I ordered 4 leather computer bags. I only received one bag and had to call. The rep promised receipt of the other 3 bags the next day. Again, only one bag was received. once again I called and the rep said the two remaining bags would ship out the next day. I finally received all 4 bags after Christmas so I will be giving the recipients their bags after their Christmas break. The positive side - the bags are very nice.

Ordered three items and only two arrived. Have checked shipping status and it hasn't changed in a week so not sure where it is or when it will be delivered. Definitely not before Christmas as it is December 24th.

We apologize for the delay and are looking into why the bag was in limbo for the time it was. We have looked into your order and it looks to be delivering today, Monday the 29th. I was very disappointed when I went to put some of my credit cards in the slots and they did not fit,The slots had not been cut wide enough to fit some of my cards. Very disappointing for what I paid for
