Raised the price and then add on late fees. As soon as I can get my stuff out I will never come back. Don’t ask me to ever recommend this place to anyone.

I really appreciate the way they handle their business. I love the way they have it setup when the customer calls they have your number already program in the system.

Terrible experience. New ownership from out of state doesn’t care about the customers. The only thing they care about is getting money from you. The place is a filthy mess and I can’t wait to get out of here.

Storage fees went up without notifying us, staff is great just paying too much to storage my stuff

They charge top dollar for a shithole of a facility... my unit is full of dirt the blew in with leaf blower, insects, ants, roaches all over the place... they should burn it to the ground and restart fresh...
