Amanda, Thank you so much for bringing your concerns to our attention - we want to do everything we can to ensure your experience with Store Space is a positive one. Our company policy is to let clients know in advance of a change in ownership, we sincerely apologize our letter did not make it to you before hand. We take the safety and security of both you and your personal belongings very seriously; our Tenant Protection Plan is an integral part of this philosophy and ensures you will be fairly compensated if there are any unforeseen issues or damage done to your property. As a company we work hard to maintain fair and competitive rates for all our customers.
