Customer Service was AWESOME
Customer Service was AWESOME! Nancy was great, replied quickly and helped me with all my questions. Ordered a charger, originally thought the price was high BUT it came with the complete base so I was happy with the pricing! Free Shipping also;) Using my Vega Spacetouch on so many different areas. LOVE IT THUS FAR.

Power pack for Cosmo .
Power pack for Cosmo stoped working , contacted customer service , they replaced with a new one with a small additional charges , happy that Cosmo is fully functional again and I can use it ! Customer service was excellent !

Took over 2 months and multiple phone…
Took over 2 months and multiple phone calls, emails and texts to get a replacement. I would give your customer service a 1 out of 10. Very disappointed. Happy to have a replacement, but it was WAY too difficult!!!!

I'm sorry, and honestly a 1 out of 10 is fair based on what you went through. Two months and having to reach out repeatedly through multiple channels just to get a replacement is not acceptable, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We're glad you finally have your replacement, but we know "eventually resolved" doesn't make up for how difficult the process was to get there. Thank you for being specific about this — it's the kind of feedback we need to actually fix the response time on our end.

Great Customer Service and Warranty!
Customer service has been great! Space Touch stands by their lifetime warranty and exceeds my expectations when it comes to addressing issues with my Jupiter device. Mine has been replaced twice now, without even asking. Free shipping on returns would be even better.

Lifetime warranty
I had a faulty piece, contacted customer service and (Shar) honored the lifetime warranty and had the replacement piece out in two days. Very happy with my experience
