I bought the Spacetouch Reviver wand with 3 interchangable heads (red, blue and Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and 12 ampules of various serums. The kiosk sales team was very structured and made their pitch "good cop" "bad cop" style. The lower sales person would gush about my beauty but point out the improvements the product could make, but couldn't close the deal. The bigger sales guy came and negotiated .....WAAAAYYYY down! Never, ever pay what they ask. Offer 10% of what they ask and go from there. I paid 10% of the sales price on the website. I did get a lifetime warranty but haven't needed to use it in the first year. The red light is so nice and warm and comforting. I think it helped heal a bent finger and sprained wrist since i red lighted them every day. The product works fine and it's probably helping, but never again to spend such money on questionable beauty treatments. Stay out of sun, drink water, don't smoke and eat healthy. You'll be good and, most importantly, you'll be you.

As the manufacturer, we're not involved in the sales tactics or pricing used at kiosks, since those are run by independent resellers, but we take an account like this seriously and don't want to hide behind that distinction. The structure you're describing isn't something we want associated with these products, and we're looking into this. On a lighter note — glad the warmth and comfort have been genuinely useful, including for your finger and wrist, though we'd gently note it's not tested or intended as an injury treatment, just a nice bonus if it's helped alongside healing on its own. And for what it's worth — your closing advice is pretty solid too.

Very Pricy but does what they say! I purchased my original Jupiter last August (2025). Earlier this year apparently two of the lights stopped working and I filed a warranty claim. They promptly mailed me a brand new replacement and I sent the original one back in the same box. Being a guy, most men could care less what they look like as they age, but I took a more proactive approach to aging and that brought me to purchasing the Jupiter. Aside from using other products to assist me with this task, the Jupiter does what they claim and I couldn’t be more pleased.

My warranty covered everything and I got my new Jupiter within weeks of my claim.

Poor customer service!! Only received part of my order. Sent several messages with no response. The Aurora facial cleanser works nicely, but takes some practice to get used to. I don’t recommend this company if they aren’t going to follow through with communication. My guess is they will do the same thing and not get back to you regarding the “Lifetime Warranty” that they offer if something happens to your device.

I'm sorry to hear this, and you're right to be frustrated — receiving only part of your order and then not getting responses to multiple messages isn't acceptable, and it's not the experience we want anyone to have. I don't want to just apologize without action: could you reach out to us again at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review? I want to make sure this actually gets resolved, including the missing part of your order. On the warranty question — I understand why the lack of response would make you skeptical, and I can't undo that experience, but I'd genuinely like the chance to show you it's handled differently if you ever do need to use it. Glad the Aurora cleanser has been working out despite the learning curve, at least.

I had a Jupiter device that wasn't properly registered that stopped working (stopped charging.) Customer service responded and we came to a very good agreement to get me a new device. I know the device works well (my skin benefits from both the red and blue light therapy) -- I had had my Jupiter for 4 years. It was very important to be able to replace it without paying full price again (which I couldn't afford to do.)

Really glad we could work out something fair, especially with the registration piece complicating things — four years of use says a lot about the device holding up, and we didn't want cost to be the reason you had to go without it. Glad your skin has been benefiting from both the red and blue light this whole time!
