I'm sorry, and honestly a 1 out of 10 is fair based on what you went through. Two months and having to reach out repeatedly through multiple channels just to get a replacement is not acceptable, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We're glad you finally have your replacement, but we know "eventually resolved" doesn't make up for how difficult the process was to get there.
