I recently purchased the Solos Duo from SpaceTouch and I’m very happy with it. The machine is easy to use and the results have been great so far. I also want to mention their customer service they were very helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend SpaceTouch

I’m glad I purchased the Warrenty…
I’m glad I purchased the Warrenty program, however it has been less than a year and my Reviver will not recharge. I will need a replacement.

Customer service was helpful
Customer service was helpful. I wish there were more in-depth instructions on contraindications to using. I have a lot of precancerous cells that are currently being treated. My dr told me not to use the red light, but what about the blue, yellow and green?

I want to be honest rather than guess: I'm not able to tell you whether blue, yellow, or green light would be safe given your specific treatment for precancerous cells. The reason your doctor may have cautioned against red light could be specific to your treatment protocol in a way that also applies to other wavelengths, or it may not — that's really something only your doctor can assess with full knowledge of your diagnosis and treatment. We'd genuinely recommend going back to your doctor with this exact question (blue/yellow/green specifically, not just red) before using any mode on the device. Your safety matters more to us than a sale or a session, and we'd rather you check first. Thank you again for flagging the gap in our instructions — that's valuable feedback.

Spacetouch Jupiter
We purchased our Spacetouch Jupiter while on vacation in Waikiki. We honestly brought it home and forgot about it until 6 months ago. And do we ever regret not using it from day 1!!!! Both my husband and I use our Jupiter EVERY DAY!! I LOVE the customized skin routine that has been created just for me...my skin with my products! I've done 4 scans & my blemishes have improved immensely and I'm seeing an improvement in my dark spots. We LOVE our Jupiter and would highly recommend it!! If you don't have one, you need one!

Great Customer Service
Filed a warranty claim and received a brand new Jupiter with little to no work on my end. Great customer service and warranty program!

I love my Jupiter
I love my Jupiter. My battery went bad, contacting Spacetouch for my warranty claim was so easy. The return was simple and I received my new Jupiter within 2 weeks.

I bought the revival kit and opened it
I bought the revival kit and opened it. All three heads were damaged and nothing worked. The box was damaged working on getting the warranty to replace the whole kit. Had to send multiple videos to prove have not heard back yet. Hopefully they will replace the system. This has been a huge disappointment. I have not had a chance yet to actually vet the product as it was not usable and very expensive. I bought this from Ariel who was great at selling the machine. We were running late to catch our plane and I did not open the box to look was coming home from Cabo
