Great customer service! They helped me every single step of the way. Even when I was super busy and couldn’t return my product right away, they sent out friendly reminders that they were there to help if I needed it. It really helped me, as a reminder to return the product to get a new one. Very friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond. Absolutely zero complaints. Their products are amazing, and the people are even better! I cannot thank the staff enough!

Thank you so much for this! Love hearing that the reminders actually helped rather than felt like nagging, especially with how busy things got. Sounds like the team really showed up for you every step of the way. We're so grateful for this, thank you!

Excellent customer service. My Space Touch device developed a charging problem, so I submitted the issue under the warranty. The company's response was friendly and positive, and they quickly resolved my problem. I’m very happy with the company.

I purchased a Jupiter device while vacationing in Hawaii. When I received the device, I charged it as indicated in the paperwork but unfortunately it wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service and they promptly send me a return label. I sent it back and the replaced it with no issues. Excellent customer service.

I had inherited a Spacetouch Jupiter from my mother that was not working and had not been registered. I bought the extended warranty. After explaining the problems I was having, they had me send it to them and within a week, I had a brand new Jupiter. I am extremely pleased with both the product and the service I recieved

This company would not accept a return of merchandise unopened and unused. It arrived and was too heavy and large for me to place in my home. (I’m 71 and live alone). They were quite rude, insisting that I speak only with the individual who sold it to me. This is ridiculous….they are the manufacturer and the individual is difficult to reach (perhaps for a reason. All very dodgy and in direct violation of CA Consumer Protection law.

I'm sorry, and I don't want to repeat the same response you've already told us didn't work. Being told to only deal with someone who's difficult to reach, especially with an unopened item that's genuinely too large and heavy for you to manage alone, isn't a real solution, and we hear that. If this has not been sorted out by now we'd like to help directly rather than redirect you again. Please reach out to us at [email protected], reference this review, and let us know the item and where things currently stand. We want to actually look into this, including the return itself, not just point you back to the same dead end. Thank you for being clear about your situation and for raising the legal concern directly — that's worth us taking seriously too.
