I bought both the red light therapy and blue light therapy tools. they are fantastic! however, I am unsure of the warranty for each of them. Can you please help?

I love my space touch. It helps keep the fine lines and wrinkles at bay. I had mine for a few years when it stopped working. The company was amazing. They replaced the space touch for me straight away. The new space touch had a little hip cup and this amazing company replaced it. I am now enjoying using it again. Thank you so much. Happy customer

I have the Atlas SpaceTouch had trouble with it since I received it, still finding things that are not working on it. Just need a replacement. I just got a bad one, it happens. Hopefully they decide to replace it soon.

The jupiter spacetouch causes me to get headaches. When I called the store and told giovanni about my headaches, he told me that i needed to continue using it for several more weeks.He gave me a hassle about returning it, and hung up on me. I know that I am not obligated to keep a product that causes me headaches and pain. I have not paid for it yet so I am returning it and the products. My receipt does not say that there is no return policy and the fact that I was never told that it may cause headaches and eye pain as a sideffect

I'm sorry, and I want to say this clearly: if a device is causing you headaches or eye pain, you should stop using it, not push through it. That advice you were given was wrong, and we don't want anyone using our products while experiencing pain like that. You are absolutely not obligated to keep or pay for something that's hurting you, regardless of what's stated about returns. The way this was handled on the phone, being given a hassle and then hung up on, is not acceptable, and that's a real problem with how this was managed, separate from the return itself. If you haven't already been able to return everything, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll make sure it's handled properly this time. We hope the headaches and eye pain have resolved since stopping use — if they haven't, please see a doctor.
