no response from from helpsoftwarehubs.com, nor from 2 phone numbers that listed on their website, i have requested to cancel my order, and refund charges to my cc, after 4-5 times attempt of emails, no luck.

they are scams, I purchased adobe acrobat 2024, the link they sent did not work, the phone number listed don't work, sent an email they did not respond.... and so bad I didn't check for reviews first

It has all the characteristics of a scam. They are unfriendly, and the customer service is terrible. The process is very slow, and the licenses are fake. After following all the instructions step by step, Microsoft's product activation service told me the following: "Unfortunately, we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product. You may be able to return the software to your reseller. To learn about licensing rights for your Microsoft product, visit microsoft . com / howtotell. Alternatively, you may consider purchasing a more current version of your software at store.microsoft.com, provided your device meets the minimum requirements. You may close this window now." It's entirely my fault for trusting these people.

Paid for an Office download twice - when you click on the link on the invoice it says "Invalid download link". Tried emailing - no response. Telephone number is a bot which is no use. Do not use them - seems to be a fake site.
