LIke dozens of reviews posted previously, I, too, bought an Adobe Acro Pro 2020 and the license given was invalid. Phone call to them goes straight to rapid busy whenever I called - day or nite. Chat never has any one live and emails go unanswered. SCAMMERS - KEEP AWAY.

The emailed download link goes to 9link.to / CDutf (I can't include a link here), which is some cover news page in Indonesian that has nothing to do with the software download. It is filled with standard Lorem Ipsum placeholder text and mock headline titles dated January 2025. The proper download link is only provided when you complete the purchase. On the basis of bad reviews, I will not proceed with installation - I do not want to waste my time or security with what looks like a scam site.

Purchased a 2024 version of Microsoft Office with excel and word. It worked for about a month and then stopped working. I tried to start it up again using the lifetime license key they sent me and it would not work. The phone number on softwarehub's website is no longer activated.

Placed an order, received nothing other than a broken link. No response from their support. Total scam. Annoyed at myself for not checking reviews first as this Trustpilot page makes it obvious. Will have to do a chargeback to get my money back. So many scam sites around it's awful right now.

Message when trying to register Office 2024 says Product Key is invalid. Continued attempts via email, phone calls, filling out online form with no replies to me. Appears product support is nonexistent.

SCAM...received a previously used software key for McAfee. No response to 2 different emails. Phone numbers listed on their site are disconnected. Disputed charge with CC company and got a new card, since they now have my credit card number.
