Ordering was easy. Difficulty contacting support to get download and product key. After significant delay, they upgraded product when supplying download and key info. After that, installation was simple, following clear instructions.

When I signed in and gave me the opportunity to claim a 10% discount. When I went to check out it wouldn't honor the code. Very disappointed in that transaction. I have bought 12+ copies in the las 6 months, and thought as a previous customer I would have gotten a deal, or at least the code would have worked. Up until now all the transactions have been very smooth and timely. Maybe it's time for me to shop elsewhere?

no tech support when needed. I emailed and phoned and received . I went to my Norton tech support to confirm the download and activation process. I gave 3 stars for the product and it's competitive pricing.
