Timely Tech Support
no tech support when needed. I emailed and phoned and received . I went to my Norton tech support to confirm the download and activation process. I gave 3 stars for the product and it's competitive pricing.

Never received activation code for product purchased. Sent several emails with no response.

Had trouble with the install
Had trouble with the install. Got very little help from your technical team and eventually they stopped responding altogether even after numerous requests over 2 days. Finally had to get help from a local tech support group to complete the install

I requested a refund and received this…
I requested a refund and received this email: “ We can do the refund but please edit the wrong review rating subject you had did on pilot reviews” So here I am editing “the wrong review rating” I was asked again to change my review to 4 or 5 in order to get a refund
