SickSlip made it easy for me to get a note without having to go to an urgent care. I have a chronic illness, and going to urgent care doesn’t do anything but cost me a bunch of money. It was easy to select my symptoms, and I had my note in under an hour for $30!

Easy process. I did my research and was pleasantly surprised to see how legitimate it was, plus how anyone who had an issue had the doctor personally respond and offer to reach out and help. Very quick and effective and saved me the time to go to urgent care for the same reason. Wish I knew this existed sooner.
