Getting a note was simple and quick. I was able to make up a very important day for school because of my sick slip note. I recommend using and I will again if I need to in the future.

I had been ill and off of work for a week with what I thought was a cold or the flu. I had my annual flu shot. I called my doctor to schedule an appointment to see her and get a return to work letter, but she was booked that day. Your return to work note saved the day. Thank you.
