I had tried another company before and this was a night and day difference. This shipped when they said it would . You can actually get ahold of someone unlike the first one I tried

I filled out a questionnaire and I was approved. It did take a few days to get to my house but it was still cold and packed very well

Refills process is so incredibly easy and fast. My first order arrived quickly, within 2 days of my consultation. I ordered my refill during a flash sale, with a high volume of orders. It was still delivered within 2 days. Customer service is efficient, answering my questions promptly. Also, their prices are one of the most competitive for GLP-1's/GIP.

There were issues with the FedEx shipping. I get it, that happens and sometimes it’s out of our control. However, after I called FedEx and established there was an issue Refills refused to call them or follow up. They just wanted to point to the tracking saying pending delivery. It was in yellow and clear there was an issue. I had to call multiple times to get something actioned. Once it was established that FedEx had an issue, the customer service people said they would expedite another shipment. 3 days later I’ve not heard anything, it’s just radio silence. It really feels like this company only excels when it’s happy path processing. The moment there’s an issue they are underprepared to handle resolving the problem.
