This was my first time ordering from any telehealth. (I had been getting my tirzepatide/b6 locally compounded with a script from my pcp.) I’m so impressed with Refills.com. The intake was asynchronous and online only (I hate taking on the phone lol). The doctor answered the question I had and gave more advice than my pcp ever did. I sent a question to customer support and they answered me the same day. The sale price is unbelievable and it is locked in if you keep the subscription. Total time was 4 days from intake until meds in hand. My first order through my pcp/local pharmacy took 28 days total (and about 12 phone calls).

Product arrived well packaged and intact. Scored 4 out of 5 because up front was told would ship in 7 - 10 business days. Ended up by going over by about 1 week.
