I did not update my Prescribed med from my personal Primary care MD with Refill MD and it set me back a month the med name is Diclofenac 75 mg side effect was abnormal weight gain that was my experience hopefully that might help someone else

I am very disappointed. I have been tirzeptide for eight weeks and have only lost 2 pounds. I’ve contacted the doctor several times with no response. Please advise if this is diluted..
