This is the second earbud I have purchased from Recell. I seem to have a habit of dropping my buds case and one flies out never to be found again. The earbuds come in good condition and work perfectly.

I ordered a single Samsung Bud2. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. When I received the earbud, I followed the pairing instructions. But, there was a technical issue. The Recell folks were very responsive to all inquiries. Hats off to their support team for treating my issue as their priority.

My dog ate my daughter's Samsung bud, found Recell exchange and ordered a replacement. Received it within a few days and paired it right away! Works great

This is a great service. Back in the day if you lost one wireless headphone you had to buy them all over again. Not anymore.

Compared to the other replacements Ive looked at, RecellExchange offered affordable pricing for a single airpod. Shipping was free and it was sent out the next business day. I received my item in under a week from purchasing! Pairing with my other airpod was super easy.

I was very impressed with their customer service when I thought I bought the wrong model AirPod and wanted to exchange. Their email replies were quick and solved my problem. I would definitely recommend this company based on that experience!
