The headphone didn't work and im only gets 39.99 back instead of my 42.95

Unfortunately, my experience with this company, they have the worst customer service, they do not reply expediently! They sent me the wrong AirPod Pro, sending me the first generation, not the third generation, which I had ordered. I had requested that they overnight me the correct one since Tuesday. Today is Friday, and I would ship back their AirPod first generation.

Ask to do a return, never got a response or shipping label

I received an Samsung Galaxy Bud3 Pro that cannot be paired.

I received my headphones and they completely didn’t work. The teammate I talked to about the headphones return said she’d get back to me and never did.

Terrible experience. They took my payment, then somehow couldn’t even locate my order despite me having confirmation and an order number. After multiple follow-ups, they cancelled it, and now I’m still waiting for the refund they claim was issued. Complete waste of time. Never ordering from ReCell Exchange again.
