I originally gave a 1 star review. That was before I was personally contacted by Armando the Operations Manager. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my repeated problems replacing my Airpod. I am delighted that I now have a great set of Gen 2 Airpods and new charging case. Armando-- you deserve a raise !

Thought I ordered the wrong part so I emailed their support team. They were so quick to respond and helped me figure out that I actually had the right part, I was just pairing it wrong. Would order from them again.

This is my second time getting an AirPods replacement from them. They work great. I do wish they came in a box so there wasn’t a potential for them to get damaged.

I ordered L and R Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds. I've bought before and they've all been great. This time, though, the R battery dies very fast, long before the L one which keeps going for long after the R dies.

The first ear bud was defective and was replaced with a second ear bud and so far is working fine

After some worrying about tracking details from USPS my package arrived. Usps told me my package was delivered 3 days early. It arrived and I tested the airpod and it works perfectly fine like its brand new.
