Anita was the one who assisted me recently. did a great job, took the time to make sure things were clear and correct. in fact every time I have dealt with the wonderful folks at Reach it has been a positive result. i highly recommend the company. I am leaving them due to things beyond my control....should things change I will be back! thank you

I always write a review to services I use for a long time. The friend of mine had recommended "Reach Mobile" me. + Great costumer support + Works good - Prices could be cheaper (for example discount for students etc)

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of ANITA's help. It was a bit sticky problem that I created and she showed great patience in walking me through the fix. The Customer Service at Reach is top-notch. I will be telling friends and family about my experiences with Reach Mobile.

Balvinder was great and solved all our technical problems on two separate phone's quickly. Your customer support and service is why we stick with Reach.

Anita has been very knowledgeable, quick to answer, and has great customer service! I am grateful for her help.

Had a very pleasant and productive webchat conversation with Freeda, who helped me get IMEI numbers sorted out for our lines. The support was quick, friendly, and gave specific steps I could follow on my phones. Thanks so much!

As a Millennial with student loans, I decide to make the switch to an affordable cellular phone service and solicited recommendations from friends. Reach Mobile was among the carriers that were recommended. After reading reviews online, it appeared that Reach Mobile not only offered phenomenal cellular service, but customer service as well. And now as a subscriber myself, I can attest to the veracity of those reviews - from signing up, to activation, to post-activation, the customer support was phenomenal, and the process was smooth and streamlined. I'd like to express my gratitude to Balvinder for her patience, understanding, and guidance, even when there were a few hiccups with the transition process from my current carrier to Reach Mobile. Thanks to Cyan and Jade as well for their support through chat and email. If you are looking for an affordable carrier that offers stellar customer service, look no further.

Balvinder from customer service quickly resolved my issue. Very fast to get support.
