Called and texted to a Freeda about cancelling service, the call couldn't have gone more smoothly or quicker, I love this company and sorry I have to go, but hoping to be back soon. Great job Freeda and thank you again.

Just got off chatting with Anita. Wanted to cancel plan and she was extremely helpful. Couldn't find any way to cancel my plan without going through chat or phone call but Anita was great. Will come back to Reach when I need them in the future, especially if they have cheaper plans with less data.

Best customer support out of any cellular service. They listen, care and proactively resolve your issues. They knew me by name. Very, very good support. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

Brand new to Reach, I can tell you that so far Anita and Reetika were amazing - and easy to reach. Reetika stayed with me while I fumbled thru my very first sim card switch. And now we see how it works. Happy to kick ATT to the curb.
