I am still waiting on simple On Demand test results for 5 days. Online chat is a joke - there are either no agents or they can answer no questions. Telephone customer service is 30 minutes or more. Absolutely useless. Will never use them for any blood work again. Oh and 5 days later I still have a huge massive bruise from drawn blood!

Great experience at this location. 898A Fed. Hwy. In pompano. Took me at my appointment time. The entire staff were so happy & pleasant. Kaneshia, the lab tech was so good too! I’ll come back to this location just for the atmosphere. :)

They sent me to collections over a $7 balance. But get this. I tried to pay it no less than 10 times via phone and online, but every time I typed in the account number on the bill from the mail, it says you have no bill to pay and your balance is zero dollars. Yet they kept sending bills and notices that since "I have made no attempts to pay the bill" that they would send me to collections. Hellloooooo if you want people to pay your bills, then fix your crappy system. I tried a 10 times in numerous different ways to pay it. Its your fault my bill wasn't paid. I've tried giving it to you for months! Ridiculous crappy business. go elsewhere

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Quest Diagnostic located at 915 Doyle Road, Deltona, FL. It was cleaned and tidy. I checked in and was called like 5 minutes later. Andrea was the lady that called me in . She was friendly, pleasant and courtesy. The Tech that did my blood work was Alexandra. She was awesome! Very pleasant, courtesy and friendly. I am always scared to get my blook done; however, this time it was different Because Alexandra has blessing hands! It wasn’t bad at all. My experience overall was amazing! I give both ladies “Andrea” and “Alexandra” A++++++ all the way for being professional, friendly and pleasant. Thank you Ladies!!!

The person taking my blood did not listen to me about how to go about it. She hurt me!! Still she could not blood drawn. I was freaked out for 2 days. She tried one arm and the other arm, which I told her that she wouldn't get blood from that arm I want to schedule my appointment with someone knows what they are doing. Help!! I'm very scared now to have my blood drawn. Oh this is the second time I've had a bad experience at Quest.

They are a joke and they just need to go back to the hospitals doing the lab work and not them. They don’t send your paperwork with your lab that you’re supposed to be sending it to the doctor never got the results. You give the woman the paperwork she’s so dumb that she don’t even put that it’s supposed to be every week but scheduled it for every week and kept the lab papers. Y’all are messing with people’s health and that’s bullshit.

The office is just plain filthy. When I was brought into the room where blood would be drawn, there were 3 specimen cups of urine -- labeled with different patients' information -- sitting on the counter opposite my chair, and a full garbage can brimming with medical trash. And this was just a little after 9 AM. This was my first Quest visit and definitely my last.
