Was sent by employer to do a urine test. After three attempts couldn’t produce enough urine and was told that’s all the chances I had and I would have to reschedule with employer. I left there under the impression that it would be documented as “shy bladder/insufficient specimen” like the lab tech informed me. Imagine my surprise when my prospective employer sends me a copy of the report stating that I refused and left the clinic without completing test even though it say I did all three attempts and left without completing test. But I did complete all three and was told that was all the chances I had. So how does someone refuse and leave against advice of staff if they had already the sample and its list as insufficient?

Had to leave without using the service due to what I saw. Bathroom had NO soap at all. No soap bottle and no soap dispenser on wall!!!! Bathroom had nasty hair in the sink. Bathroom had a tall open trash can in the center with no lid full of visible plastic cups full of urine. Waiting room had a lizard running around. Very, very rude, hostile and unprofessional staff.

Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor, stay far away from this company. Second time I made an appointment and second time I have been screwed. There’s a reason why they have so many one star ratings. At this point, I will change doctors if I have to go back to them again.

I had an appointment and was seen within a few minutes of my appointed time. I was greeted by Twei who I have seen before. She is very professional, confirmed everything and has great blood drawing skills. She apologized as she was on hold with a doctor’s officeand trying to prep me for my draw. She is an asset to Quest.

They have a portal/database that's likely run solely on A.I. it's awful. Never can it update my address & as a result I can't get my test results. This has been an issue for over 6 years. So now I'll NEVER be using Quest again. Yet the physician ordered the bloodwork via their website & I got the bloodwork done 3 months ago. They're chat agents are a joke and no one ever answers the 800 number. Nevermind that the bloodwork tech's they hire are usually not able to speak coherent english & can't ever find me in the database b/c they can't even spell my name. I informed the tech that LE BLANC has a space between LE and BLANC but she can't understand english. She called her supervisor over & at this point I was very frustrated as they spk to each other about me in spanish & then when i explained my frustration to supervisor, she called the police and said they won't be servicing me. I had to go to a different Quest location to get these tests done. AWFUL,. STAY AWAY.!!

I had Labs done 7/ 31/26 i haven't being able to see it in my app. At their office locations they are unable to print a copy for me. Everything is to be requested via the app and noone aeema to care enough to help. Please make it normal again to have customer service at ypur location. You want to be so IT but you can even provide good service doing that. Make it better. You lost 7 customers within my household i ca tell you that. The word of mouth will likely wont help either.

The guy that drew my blood billed an insurance from 20 years ago instead of billing the insurance I gave him. Now I’m going through hell to get it corrected.

I set up my appointment via the online portal with an 8:10AM appointment. I arrived seven minutes before my appt time checked in five minutes before my appt time; my name appeared on the display screen and after about 10 minutes it disappeared. I continue to sit there for another 15 minutes until I had to request someone review my appt/check in time (they took patient with later appts after my scheduled time.) The phlebotomist questioned if I was at the right facility, which I was, then said she would look into it another 5-6 minutes passed before somebody came out and said there was a mixup - another phlebotomist at another office, accepted my name, even though it wasn’t for that location. In all, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appt. I find it hard to believe a phlebotomist at another office could accept a patient which was not at their office.
