PuppySpot is the best most trustworthy company to purchase a dog online. You can sleep well knowing that PuppySpot is a legitimate online company that will deliver the Puppy that you are looking for. My Sister told me about PuppySpot and she received her dog so I knew that I would too! I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks PuppySpot your the best!

I was initially concerned with buying a pup online but this experience was outstanding. Every question I had was answered quickly and by a person, not an email or text or automated response. Travel plans were communicated clearly and updated as needed! Such a great experience!

Puppyspot provides convenience for puppy shopping but not much else unfortunately. All the puppies are overpriced considering the fact that they are all just pet-quality puppies, not to mention the exorbitant shipping charges. In my personal experience (of which I had two, 3 1/2 years apart with the second one being worse than the first one) the sales pressure was quite intense to begin with, then they pressured me also to complete the payment right away. And when finally I relented, it turned out that I couldn’t even pay with PayPal as their web site said I could and the sales person had confirmed earlier. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was going downhill from here: three days before the scheduled shipping date, they disclosed that my puppy had an umbilical hernia. Yes, they disclosed it after I had completed my payment, NOT BEFORE! Then after a back-and-forth discussion, they only offered me $200 discount while the cost of fixing the hernia could run from over $1000. As if it were not bad enough, my sales tax on the $200 was not refunded. To make my experience even worse, they COMPLETELY ignored my more than half a dozen phone and email messages in which I merely asked them to get back to me and talk about the issue. In spite of it all, I still think that puppyspot can do better, much better in fact, if only the people running the company are willing to be 100% honest, ethical and scrupulous.

The disappointed one - Welcoming home a furry family member should be one full of joy and excitement and we're disappointed you had such a negative experience. After ordering the puppy there is no more communication on the app they have you download. So patience is required for the next few weeks until arrival. I would have found it helpful to know my puppy’s CURRENT weight before arriving so I could estimate a collar/harness size and bed size before arrival. Our puppy arrived on time from PetCab on a VERY hot California evening. But his fur was wet and he and his carrier was hot & REEKED of urine. Poor thing. He’d been on three flights and a 3 hour drive to our house. We couldn’t even cuddle him. First stop was a bath. I took him to the vet the next day for his exam (NOT in that carrier though) and he is healthy and up to date on vaccines. He is an older puppy and not at all house trained. Would be nice if in the descriptions they give an accurate description of the pups real personality rather than puppy kisses and best friend. Our puppy pleasantly surprised us with a REALLY mellow, easy-going personality. We were waiting for the other shoe to drop but he’s not a hyper puppy. He’s adorable AND an absolute joy to take places. Has good manners and we get multiple compliments about him. Walking down a street we get stopped multiple times for pets and for photos. Lol Its like being with a celebrity. After we get his potty training down he will be perfect. He is sharp and minds us like a good boy. Overall we love our new puppy. Just would’ve been nice if PuppySpot supported the owner’s questions once purchased. But they did take care of everything.

My puppy arrived healthy and happy. She is a very social puppy and loves everyone she meets. She was 14 weeks old when she arrived and was using pee pads and slept in her crate the first night with no whining. Everyone I spoke to or corresponded with at Puppy Spot was courteous and helpful. Only complaints I have are: 1) Being unsure exactly what day she would arrive. 2) She was way overpriced as she was almost double the price of other dogs of her breed (but I fell in love with her photo and fixated on her and I was afraid I would lose out as I missed my chance with 3 others). 3) I was told she would come with up to date vaccination records but all she came with was proof of rabies so my vet was unsure of how to proceed until there was verification from the breeder, which, gave me some anxiety. Puppy Spot was very good at keeping me updated and giving me helpful information along the way. I would recommend Puppy Spot to a friend.

I could not have had a more wonderful experience with Puppyspot, I instantly fell in love with Jazzy Bear, she is so much fun. And I was skeptical about going through the website for a puppy, but I am sure glad I did. Thanks again for such a great experience with Puppyspot.

We bought our puppy at 8 weeks, but could not take possession until 12 weeks. We were promised photos showing "Donnie" and updates on him, and never got any. When he finally arrived, he appeared drugged and had problems walking. Since arriving he is suffering from Anxiety issues. This puppy had no advance training preparing him for his future. We bought another puppy from a different company, and that dog was well trained and no problems to adjusting to a new environment. I have considered returning this puppy, but to do so will damage him further. We are going to try helping him with a trainer this week.

Louise - We are sorry for the confusion surrounding your puppy's travel details. It has always been PuppySpot’s policy to only allow a puppy to leave his or her breeder when they are at a safe age and weight for healthy travel, which was the case with your puppy. Although your puppy was 8 weeks old at time of purchase we could not let him travel until he was at least 3 lbs. We are also concerned to hear how your pup arrived. Although our breeders socialize their puppies, it is a big change for a puppy to leave the environment they are used to and can take some time to be come comfortable in their new home. That said, you are not alone on this journey. Our team will always be here for you any time you need us, whether it's training tips or any further assistance that you may ever need.
