My puppy came home safe and sound.Once the travel date was set everything went smoothly. I had problems with the puppy mangers. They forgot to give me access to the app, and when I asked for it I got the run around. All in all, I would have given a 5 star rating if the communication was better.

Excellent company, second puppy from them. Excellent quality and choice. Expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Could not be happier.

This was top quality service. The customer service was top notch. The breeder was top notch. Every detail was accounted for. My only complaint is that I loved the beds and blankets so much, I wanted to purchase more.

I was very impressed with the communication throughout the process of purchasing my puppy. Puppy Spot is transparent, efficient and seemed always available. My puppy is such a joy and i am so very happy purchased him. I was also impressed with Puppy Spot's health guarantee and all the goodies that came with my boy. Without a doubt PuppySpot is the place to get your forever puppy. We got two of the nicest, loving, sweetheart s, you could ever have. Kisses galore, love doves all the time and beautiful and handsome Coates. Love them to death. Fran was without a doubt the best puppyspot rep I could have had. Patience, kindness, and extremely helpful. Thank you puppyspot. Thank you Fran, thanks to all who brought our special fur babies to our forever home.
