Service was great. When I put the pad down my dog didn’t seem interested in it, but let’s just say the weather has been great so she does go outside. She only uses pads for emergencies. I was starting to think these weren’t any good but one morning she left me a surprise on it. What I did was put the pad down on top of her pee pad so that she would know it was where she still could go. My only regret was that I think I should have ordered a size up. I ordered the small and it is small.the only reason I gave it a 4 star was it was in us money and these were very expensive with the exchange.

It doesn't work. ok, i expected it might not. My dog walked over this many times in 2 weeks and in the last week, 4 other dogs have visited and completely ignored this. HOWEVER - i have tried many times to email and get response "mailbox is full and cannot accept new emails". I received this order on 11/12/25 - well within the 90 day window to return. There are no instructions on the website - the phone number directs you to email - and the email won't go through. I will be disputing this order with my credit card unless they CALL me to resolve asap.

These pads are great! Our puppy was raised on piddle pads but we used these and saved so much. Our puppy is down to one pad as she transitioned to outside. They wash so nice and the laundry pads are wonderful.

These pads are amazing! I have a mini Yorkie and nothing else worked but these pads were an immediate success!

I was skeptical at first with all the products out there that advertise a product to assist with puppies and older dogs to go on a pad if they are not use to going outside to do their business. But once we bought the puppypad (X6) to be sure placing them around the house where we found them using. It was awesome to see my oldest and then youngest use the pad withing a minute of laying them down. They both try to make it outside but k ow that if they can't make it the puppypad is available. I know alot of people have reviews and such (which most reviews are emplyees) i hope you all can believe me when I say these worked great. The wife loves the fact that she can just wash then these and put right back and they still use them when needed. Will be ordering again when we need too. Thank you, Michael and Brenda Johnson

What a great company! I placed my order and realized the next day that I had the wrong address for delivery. I reached out to them and they jumped through hoops to get it corrected. And my order came within a week! The pads even worked as advertised. My little boy goes right to them I can’t say enough about the customer service here. I would give them 10 stars if I could! They have a customer for life!

This company went over the top in CS. I highly recommend doing business with them as I consider them to be trust worthy and at the top of my list for best companies who care about their customers
