My pads haven’t shipped after over two weeks. I was signed up for a subscription to laundry sheets that there is no way to cancel online. Customer service has not responded to my emails. UPDATE: Finally received the pads after around 2 months and customer service canceled the subscription.

I love PuppyPad. My dog will not go outside when it is wet. I tried other products which didn't work. I put down PuppyPad and it solved all my problems. He used it instantly and consistently. They are easy to clean and reuse. They are very durable. He doesn't chew them up like regular pads or refuse to use it like other products that just don't work. I highly recommend this products.

Our rescue pup will not use regular pee pads. Ordered puppy pads hoping it would work, no luck. Reached out to TeamPuppyPads for suggestions. They responded quickly with some suggestions. Will try and hopefully success!

I have 2 shih tzus and they hate the cold - started peeing inside on carpet. I became so frustrated I searched on line and found your puppy pads, have only had a few mishaps by missing the edge of the pads. I have recommended these to a foster puppy mom and she loves them too. GOOD JOB! Thanks.
