Customer service rep was helpfull and explained the reason for the delivery delay. They confirmed my address and even offered a free one while I wait for the order to pass through customs. I will update review once I can actually have my Corgi try the pads.

I have been waiting weeks for a response to get a refund. These did not work for my dogs and I am trying to get a refund. There is no one to call and emails go with no response. Do not recommend!!

I saw the advertisement for PuppyPad and thought I would give them a try, being sceptical, but always wanting something that looks good and works. I am a breeder of Coton de Tulear, so I ordered 6 in my first order, quite expensive and took a while to arrive, but when I put them down my puppies used them straight away without needing any encouragement, I was so surprised, but very happy 😃 I have now received my second order and will buy more. I must also say that I commend PuppyPad for charging the same price no matter what size you buy, be it small, medium or large, this is fabulous. Thank you PuppyPad from Guysndolls Coton de Tulear.
