I wouldn’t shop with this company again if their products were free. I realized IMMEDIATELY after submitting my order that my phone auto populated the wrong address. Within minutes of searching, I submitted an email request to cancel the order and refund the order. The first thing I noticed is that this company makes it intentionally difficult to find the option to send an email to request a refund. They also have a phone number listed, but it’s an automated system that tells you they don’t accept calls. I have since gone back and forth attempting to get a refund for a product that I did not receive. I was originally told to just “give it a try”. Which was infuriating because I made it exceedingly clear that the package would not come to my residence. The last message I received instructed me to donate the product to a shelter and they would consider a 30% refund. This company is a scam and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB.
