For me there isn’t much to tell, I purchased the pads for my dog- they arrived quickly and well packaged. I was happy with the product. I had no issues whatsoever so I did not require to use their customer service or contact them in anyway. I know that doesn’t sound like an overly helpful review of the company but honestly I think it says everything you need to know- they did everything well from start to finish.

IT TOOK ONE MONTH FOR OUR ORDER TO ARRIVE. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING IT TO OUR HOME COUNTRY. IT ARRIVED TOO LATE. NOW WE CANNOT USE IT AT ALL. OUR DOG WILL NEVER GONNA BE ABLE TO USE THIS BECAUSE IT SAYS 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS BUT IT TOOK ONE MONTH! WE ORDERED IN DECEMBER 2025, IT ARRIVE JANUARY 2026. MY GRANDMOTHER ALREADY LEFT THE USA!

On the 1st day, the alpha dog slept on the pad so I thought we had a dud. But on the 2nd day, all the dogs in my house have been using the pads! This works!

This product is amazing. It makes my life much easier, especially when traveling my 11th months old Frenchie uses it in the hotel room. There is no smell or any mess. Fantastic really!
