Orig contacted to cancel further laundry sheet purchases. At first it was the typical "have you tried this or this method?" Then when I explained how often and why I got a pad they offered a frequency reduction. Not pushy but explained if I cancel future price would be double. All contact was thru emails and rep was very informative. I still think I'll cancel tho, due to no fault of product, or rep. We just don't use it very often.

Quick delivery. 🚚 At first I thought they weren’t working. It took a few days. After my dog had her first ‘experience’ with the pad, she was all set! I also like that they are multi use and they don’t smell.

The puppy pads and detergent are phenomenal. My senior dog is on medication that makes her thirsty, so she can't always wait. The pads have saved my home and sanity! I highly recommend this company

I was so happy when my dog first used the pad! It was like magic. I’m glad I bought three so one can go into the laundry. I also noticed there is no lingering odor on the soiled pad. My dog is a year old, but she doesn’t always tell me when she wants to go out. I’m glad I have these pads for backup.

Good and kind customer service. We haven’t used the pad yet but looks very nice. We have to train our old (14) dog tu use it.

Small dogs have very small bladders. They need to relieve themselves frequently. These pads make it possible, with no odors.
