They are wonderful pads. I was really excited with the advertising so I ordered and received them. They’re very good quality, but I’m still with my puppy peeing beside the pad. Or on the corner of it, I’m just trying to figure out what is the trick if you can give me any insight I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

If I could give zero i would! Worse company ever!!! I made a purchase a last year in June for one puppy pad to try the product out but never received my purchase. When I checked my credit card I was charged over $250. for six puppy pads, which was ridiculous and I NEVER received. I called the company and sent emails for weeks asking several times for a refund and never got one. I finally needed to contact my bank because as far as I was concerned it was fraudulent activity. When I finally got reimbursed thru my bank I was told I would be charged again because apparently I was on a subscription plan but i never authorized to anything. I was told by the company in an email more than once that I would not be charged again but again they tried taking $168 from my account without authorization and again no products. Very sketchy company and I do not recommend anyone giving them your information because you will be scammed repeatedly. I forgot to mention that I was told I would never be charged again multiple times and the next month I was again charged $168 and never received any products. Again i needed to call my bank for fraudulent activities and i needed to close my account so it would not continue. Trust me...don't trust this company!!

This company has great customer service and I love this product. So much better for the environment. It took a while to get my puppy trained but so glad I stuck with it. The pads wash up nicely and there have been no bad smells.
